I just started playing the game this week. I love it and already did 15 yrs, up to 18 now. However, I am encountering a problem where when I close the game and open it up to play again later, the game replays what I already played. Etc, I have 1 kid and 8 residents that left three times, and end of the year grade played three times. I open the game up again, and again, the same 1 kid and 8 residents leave and the end of year stats play again. This has been my problem for three days.

I like Heian City Story, but DTI takes the cake. Rotating angles, building combos, customisable terrain types & heights, many vehiches & pets, generations, search function, and the superior "mass remove" function. Easy to lose hours here. Shorter summary for competitions would be better (prizes & rank upgrade in 1 popup maybe).

I love all the Kairosoft games. They are super fun, high replay value and the price is super fair. In a world of micotransactions, it is so refreshing to see a full version of a game for a good price. I own almost all their games and I get hours of entertainment. 10/10 stars!

I must be not the intended audience. The game has alot of busy work loops. you'll need to micro every citizens relationship, request and contest. At first, it's fun, but by 2 hours in, you'll have 50 of these, that you need to individually accept and watch a cut scene for. The game let's you know when you have 100% chance of competing a task, so why not have an one button solution to this? and with no upkeep cost, I was drowning in resources. I can't menu fast enough to use them.

I absolutely love it. The research time for the decorations is next to nothing..the new buildings you have to acquire are simple to get, and the tasks to rank up are not impossible to complete. I love the fact that you have free range to decorate where you want ;and you can add more land by removing the water if necessary . This is by far my favorite game you guys have created.

As usual, kairosoft always delivers! I really like their games ever since I played cafeteria nipponica (hope I spelled it right). I thought this would be like venture town that I didn't get hooked... This game is like Edo towns but modernized and more town designing. I really like it, made me play and listen to the OST for hourssss. Keep it up!

<3 kairosoft, especially their builder games. Was very excited for this one and it's super fun but it also lacks a certain something from their other games. With such a huge amount of space you're given I was expecting more buildings, decor and combos to unlock. (No bridges? No butcher's, nightclubs, bars, etc.? roads with markers??) Unlocked everything quickly and easily and had to repeat buildings many times to fill the town. Plus, wish it was more intuitive to choose residential buildings.

This is probably the Kairosoft game with the most hours of playtime and replayability. I have just finished one play through and can't wait to try it out with the next map. You get to develop your town, watch it grow, watch your citizens get married, and eventually start their own families. It has a lot of content, but it is very easy to understand and is not overwhelming. Highly recommend!

This Game is not helping my TOC I'm obsessed with the perfect layout and discovering all the plants and buildings available, yes the game is repetitive at certain point but you'll never notice because you are really busy doing a million tasks. I like this game a lot. A really nice tip for y'all, silence the game music, set the fx to 1 and just play whatever music you like on Spotify while playing it helps a lot with the mood, specially some hardcore techno hahaha

Overall it's really fun and interesting to play, but the game gets really slow and lagged as you progress throughout (especially after obtaining 7+ rank), so maybe it would be appreciated if that could be fixed.

Some of these Kairosoft games are just brilliant. They have a lot of content and don't eat up all of the battery immediately. I usually play games to pass the time, but this one I play all the time 😆. Edit: First review, first playthrough. Playing now the second time and came to realize that I can also play a third time, after I'm done, because this game surprised me positively by how it can do things and that because I'm an "idiot" for not noticing any of it during the first time.
